this works. I have really dry skin in the winter and this is the only thing that works.
Reply:It's always a good idea to check with your doctor first on medications, but over the counter hydrocortisone cream should help. Sounds like you have dermatitis/eczema. Hydrocortisone will reduce the redness and itching. Apply the cream in the morning and again at night. You may also have an allergy to something you are using on your face. Consider a very mild face cleanser for sensitive skin. Good luck.
