I take Ritalin.. and my skin is itchy a lot!?

Im taking Ritalin, and the left part of my face is broken out because my skin is really dry and my legs will sometimes itch really really bad. I started putting lotion on more frequently, but my skin still feels dry. I thought maybe vitamins would help me, but that doesn't seem to help either. Does anyone else have these problems? Help!!

There are other drugs to treat ADHD, and you may be allergic to this one. Ask your doctor about Concerta or other drugs.
Reply:I was put on Ritalin when I was 12 and was on it till I was 18 and from that poing on I never felt "Right " unless I was high. It is a bad drug and can cause and addiction to other drugs. The best thing to do is try to get off all drugs . Report It

Reply:Ratalin itself is a problem and could be its sdie effects. Ritalin is such a big peoblem that army won't recruit you. If older people take it for any reason their chances for stroke and heart attack increase dramatically.





I don't know if your parents want you to take it, if so please tell them to study a lil bit about this drug and let you treat with other things than this scary drug.
Reply:I could see where maybe, just maybe, this would be a short term effect if you just started taking it. However, it would not be a long term or regular side effect.
