What is the remedy for dry itchy skin? does exercise and sweating hepl?:)?

Hydrating from the inside can help,drink lots of filtered water and consume healthy fats, omega3 and omega6 supplements. Skin may be itchy for other reasons, such as eczema, allergy, or what. Can be due to candida overgrowth or parasitic infestation which blocks absorption of essential nutrients.Could also be a malabsorption problem, wherein essential fats do not get absorbed. try bathing with Aveeno or something that have oatmeal in it.


and use lotion after showers.
Reply:you need to moisturize with lotion for sensitive skin. sweating will make it worse as the salts excreted by skin will clog pores and irritate skin further
Reply:A good quality moisturizing lotion. If its on the face there are specialty lotions and moisturizers...try switching the soap you use also..might be irritating your skin or also try a running a humidifier while you sleep to help control the dryness in the air.

Reply:exercise and sweating will not help you. you should drink more water for one thing, and buy a supplement of omega-3 fatty acids (preferably from 'SOLGAR', that is the brandname). one capsule per day with your meal. if it is your face that is dry and itchy buy some Vitamin E in liquid form and put some on your face every night but again combined with water consumption.
