Hi - I have an itchy patch of ski on my toe that seems to get worse with heat. All winter long it does not bother, but as soon as the summer months arrive, it seems to flare up this patch of skin.
It doesn't look like excema, or a wart
Any suggestions of what it might be?

use lots of lotion to keep your feet soft and lubricated during summer and if you wear thong shoes ,this will be the reason of the itchy patch I bet
