I think you should take a visit to the doctor just to be sure. We won't want it to affect your pregnancy in anyway
Reply:While pregnant you have to be very careful of the medicine you take. I would suggest an oatmeal cream (Aveno) for itchy skin. You could also ask your doctor about taking benedryl. I wish you the best.

Reply:The best thing you can do is go buy a cool mist humidifier for your bedroom and saline nose rinse/spray. Use both constant. For your skin, get CeraVe cream in the one pound jar. It has ceramides in it that will put up the barrier on your skin that people with allergies lack and is the only product that has it. Give it a week. Use the CeraVe wash as well. You will get good relief. Rinse your face and wash your hands often to get the irritants off.
