Why is my skin itchy?

I get really itchy especially at night which causes bumps on my legs, head, arms, and back.


i stopped going tanning in tannning salon a month ago.


To stop the severe itching I take a benedryl to get to sleep.

You might try switching laundry detergent. Something in your current brand might be irritating your skin. Also, make sure you only sleep on clean sheets.
Reply:it almost sounds like you are getting bit by something when you sleep or at night while you are awake benedryl is the best thing you could take it not only stops the itching but it makes you drowsy
