when my eczema flares up i blast very very hot water from the shower onto it and to me it feels good but makes the eczema worse is this weird and why does it fell like this?
Why does very hot water fell good on dry itchy skin??
Very hot water may feel good on your skin but it dries the skin out badly thus you'll need a moisturizer, such as Aveeno.
