i just really lightly and quickly dry shaved the tiny and annoying hairs on my legs and then moisturised afterwards and now they are sooo bloody itchy!!! why!!??!!?!

In dry shaving, the surface your razor is used in isn't smooth enough causing superficial microscopic nicks on your skin thereby causing the irritation and itchiness.
