Whats the best lotion for dry itchy skin on my torso. i even have some red dots like a rash?
Sounds like it could be eczema. My doctor recommended Eucerin cream. It is a very thick lotion/cream. It is great. It may feel a little greasy at first but it goes away pretty quickly. Try taking cooler showers since water that is too hot can dry out your skin as well as try running a humidifier in your house. Another thing to do is stay well hydrated. If that doesn't work contact your doctor. They do make prescription creams for eczema.
Reply:If the rash is due to a candida albicans yeast, then anti-fungal cream should take it away quickly.
