I've taken the claritin and applied anti-itch cream but still no help. It has been 4 days already, at first I thought I got it from my flowers but inside of my nose is not itchy just outside the skin. The problem is, now is spreading to my eyes and ears area is getting itchy, too. Do you know why is that and what can I do about it? I couldn't sleep last night because of it...

Hmmm... either someone is talking about you (a lot!), or you're allergic to something. Probably something you're getting on your hands and then spreading to your face by touching it. (This then creates a kind of vicious cycle, as your face itches, so you touch it more, spreading more of the allergen.)
My advice would be to try to identify anything new that you've been handling (particularly animals or plants), and to wash your hands and face frequently, particularly at the first sign of any itching. If that clears it up, then it's definitely something you're touching and getting on your face. If not, then it would be something more subtle, probably internal, and possibly serious, so have it looked at.
Reply:am not sure but just continue taking claritin or piroton and use savlon and if it doest work go to doctors. they will give u a cream. x
