I'm guessing its allergy, for something thats activated during hot weather. Sorry that I can't help you more, but you should take an allergy test at your doctor.
What is wrong with me i have itchy skin, sor throats, bad coughs and headaches mostly when it really hot?
Stop asking yahoo and start asking your primary physician, seriously. If anything this could be indicative of dehydration or possibly heat stroke. Still though, we can't physically inspect you. A physician can.

Here is how you can take care of the problem:
1. Drink more water
2. Take showers more often, keep yourself clean (at least once a day)
3. Wash your face with cool water 3 to 4 times during the day
4. Eat more fruits on hot days, like water melon, grapes, and pears
5. Massage your face and head twice a day
