it starts of with one or two itchy spots which can lead to a flare up anywhere on the body please advise

Reply:Get checked for eczema. Also I know this sounds weird but try Vagisil It works wonders on itchy skin!!
Reply:Go to a Bee Farm near your home. They usually have a hand balm or salve or lotion. It is just the best stuff. My legs were so dry that I just scratched them until they bled. Now they are just fine after applying a hand balm from a Bee Farm near my home. It also contains lanolin and vitamin E, which I'm sure all helps! You should put this on before you go to bed.

You could use Dove soap for sensitive skin.


You could go to the doctor and ask for allergy tests to find out what sets you off.


It could be a food allergy, pets, fabric, spring time, whatever.
