Itchy skin, noticed new strech marks & losing weight? Anyone else experience this?

I can't answer the question about the itchy skins. But the stretch marks are from losing weight to fast. Try coco butter to help demise the stretch marks.

Unexplained weight loss and general itchiness can be signs of medical illnesses (such as Hodgkin lymphoma, for instance). You should see your primary care physician.
Reply:You mentioned 3 issues 1) itchy skin... Is your skin red and rashy? You could have a heat rash. You could try an over the counter hydrocortisone cream for the itch. Is your skin dry and scaly? Apply lotion to hydrate your skin. Do you have a bug bite? calamine lotion may help. 2) You are losing weight. Are you trying to lose weight? If you are not trying to lose and have lost a noticeable amount then you need to see a doctor to determine the cause. If you are trying to lose weight, be sensible. Eat 3 balanced calorie counted meals, exercise and drink at least 8 glasses of water. If you skip meals your body thinks you are in starvation mode and will slow down your body metabolism, meaning you'll burn up less calories. 3) When you lose weight you may get stretch marks on your thighs, breast, belly, arms and buttocks. You can try the over the counter creams to help hide them but they probably won't go away. Some people have good elasticity and bounce back to normal looking skin. Unfortunately, I'm one that has stretch marks too.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.





Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.





U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
